By centralizing treatment plans, remedy protocols, nutrition strategies, and fitness goals directly within the platform, you can now deliver clear, actionable guidance directly to your patients' fingertips.

Publishing a Care Plan makes your recommendations instantly available in the patient portal, giving your clients a single, accessible source of truth for their health journey.

Pre-Built Templates or Total Customization: The Choice Is Yours

Every practitioner approaches care differently, which is why flexibility is built into the heart of this feature:

• Extensive Pre-Built Library: Jumpstart your workflow with our growing collection of ready-to-use templates. Designed to cover every specialty on Materia+, these pre-built options give you an immediate structure for remedy protocols, dietary frameworks, and general wellness goals.
• Complete Creative Freedom: Have specialized protocols or specific practice standards? You can easily design fully original templates from scratch. With a robust suite of creation tools at your disposal, you have full control over section layouts, custom guidance, and specific instructions tailored to your exact clinical style.

How It Works

Build: Navigate to the Care Plans page and select Create New. Then choose whether to load a pre-built template or start with a blank canvas using your custom saved templates. Additionally, you can navigate to Clients > select your patient > share the Care Plan directly from their Patient Overview.

Customize: Use our creation tools to tailor remedy protocols, set achievable goals, and fine-tune recommendations for your patient's unique needs.

Publish & Share: Click Save & Publish. Materia+ automatically syncs the plan to your patient’s account and sends them an email notification letting them know their new Care Plan is live and ready to view.
