You can use a valid credit card to pay for provider
services. Depending on the provider, patients can also select to pay outside
of Materia+ if paying on the platform isn't an option.
No. We do not charge patients to use the platform.
We only charge providers who pay to be on our marketplace and use our
practice management tools.
Yes, all providers undergo a verification process
by our dedicated trust & safety team. To be part of Materia+,
providers must be affiliated with either a local or a national public or
private regulatory body that complies with our provider guidelines.
Additionally, all services provided must align with our natural, holistic,
and individualized standards of treatment.
