Soon after scheduling their appointments, patients receive updates from Materia+ containing the details of their appointment. As the appointment date approaches, patients also receive reminders, including one to complete their intake.

Once an appointment is booked, patients receive information about their appointment. By clicking on Review Your Appointment, patients will be directed to their patient dashboard on Materiaplus.com, where they can view their appointment details.
Patients can stay fully informed about their appointments booked through Materia+ by accessing their patient dashboard. This dashboard includes information about all past and upcoming appointments made via Materia+.
Patients are sent appointment reminder emails 3 days and 5 hours prior to their appointment.

All email reminders contain a note to remind patients to fill out their intake information.
