Materia+ offers a badge and milestone system that serves as a progression mechanism for providers within the marketplace.
Badges and Milestones are displayed both on your provider card and client portal.
What are Milestones?
As providers engage with and develop their presence on the Materia+, they will reach specific milestones known as Milestones. These will be showcased on each provider's client portal.
Providers can use milestones to enhance trust with both current and potential patients.
What is a Badge?
Badges are the various medical and therapeutic modalities that providers hold on the Materia+ Marketplace.
Upon signing up for Materia+, each provider is issued a badge that reflects the type of modality their practice contributes to the marketplace. Providers can request additional badges based on their professional qualifications.
For instance, a provider with a Homeopathy badge, signifies that they offer homeopathic treatments and services. On the other hand, a provider with both a Herbalism and a Psychotherapy badge indicates that they offer herbalist and psychotherapy treatments and services.
