Provider Standards and Guidelines

Updated less than a month ago

To guarantee that patients utilizing the platform receive effective, natural and gentle healthcare, it is essential that services offered by providers through Materia+ comply with the following guidelines:

  • Providers are not permitted to treat patients using synthetically made pharmaceutical drugs, nor can a service offered by a provider claim to treat patients using said drugs.
  • A provider is required to offer services that are consistent with the badge(s) they hold. For instance, providers who have a Massage Therapy badge can only offer Massage Therapy related services. Providers who provide services that exceed the scope of practice indicated by their badge(s) will be suspended and may face termination.
  • Providers are not permitted to treat patients using injections of any kind (serums, transfusions, vitamins, etc.) nor can a service offered by a provider claim to treat patients using such injections.
  • Providers must always include a service description when adding services to their client portal.

These guidelines are designed to promote holistic healing and prioritize patient well-being in every aspect of care. By adhering to these principles, providers can ensure that their offerings align with the values and objectives of Materia+, ultimately fostering a healthier, more supportive environment for all patients.

Note: any service failing to meet these guidelines will be subject to removal, and the associated account may face suspension or complete termination from the Materia+ Marketplace.
