Editing your invoice template

You can modify both the header and footer of your automatically created invoices. By default, the header includes your name, business address, phone number, and email address. To customize the header, navigate to Settings > Invoices & Payments and update the header text as needed. 

To refrain from your header being a single run-on sentence, add <br> to the end of each line you want to separate. For example;

Jane Doe <br>
43 Address Rd. ON, Canada L6T54E <br>
123-456-7891 <br>
janedoe@practice.com


To edit the footer, simply scroll down to the footer section and input your desired text.


Download invoices as .PDF or .CSV (Excel) files

You can download any invoice as a .pdf or .csv by going to Finance and clicking the View button under the Invoice column of the desired appointment you wish to download the invoice for. Next, click the button and select Download as .PDF or Download as .CSV. The file will be downloaded onto your computer through your browser.


Edit an invoice

When editing an invoice, you can add various discounts to the existing price. To edit an invoice, select the + button and select Edit Invoice from the drop down menu. Select the changes you would like to make from there.
