When you publish a Care Plan, it is shared live with the patient in real time. Simply draft your plan and click Save & Publish to deliver it directly to their portal.
To keep your patients informed, Materia+ automatically triggers an email notification upon publishing, alerting them that you have prescribed a new Care Plan and providing a direct link for them to access it.
