Trial, account registration, and approval
Providers starting out with Materia+ are given a 30-day trial to settle comfortably on the platform before making any financial commitments. During the trial period, providers can access anything a paid subscription would offer. The provider will be reminded when their trial period ends and a paid subscription starts.
After checkout, providers go through a quick and easy registration process. Materia+ asks all providers to provide professional information that may prove their medical profession and skillsets.
Materia+ is dedicated to protecting patients by listing providers who offer miasmatic/individualized healthcare treatments only. To uphold this standard, all providers must go through an account review process that may take up to 24 hours after registration. During this review, users will not have access to Materia+'s practice management features until their approval is granted. Once a provider receives approval, they will then be able to utilize all the features.
