What do I use the Patient Dashboard for?

Notification updates

Materia+ will alert you about different updates via the notification icon on your patient dashboard.

 


 

You can expect the following types of notifications to appear on your patient dashboard:

  • A notification for when you are eligible to share a patient experience on a provider's client portal.
  • Payment reminders for unpaid invoices. 

Stay tuned for more types of notifications in the near future.

 

Appointment history

Patients can view their entire appointment history on their patient dashboard. This includes both previous appointments and existing/pending appointments.

 

Saved providers

You can save/favourite a provider for a more connected experience with them. Your saved providers are displayed on your Patient Dashboard.

 


 

To save/favourite a provider, visit their client portal and click on the heart icon.




You can un-save saved providers through your Patient Dashboard by clicking Delete.

  

Paying your provider

Patients are able to pay their providers directly from their patient dashboards. After an appointment is completed, patients can go into their dashboards and pay their provider directly for their services using a credit card. Find out how to pay your provider through your patient dashboard here.
