How do I share an experience about a provider I found on Materia+?

Why you should leave an experience about your provider and what to include in your experience.

Updated over 2 months ago

Materia+ adopts a more innovative approach to reviews by eliminating the traditional star and score system. Instead, it allows patients to either recommend a provider or indicate that the provider may not be the right fit for them. This is called a patient experience.

After completing two appointments with a provider, you’ll receive a notification from Materia+ on your patient dashboard. Clicking this notification will open up a window where you can submit your patient experience.

Will my name be displayed on the patient experience?

No. All patient experiences remain anonymous to protect patient confidentiality.

Why should I share an experience about my provider?

All users can benefit from the verified patient experiences available on Materia+. You can provide valuable feedback about your provider, and your experiences can help other patients like you find the right provider. Moreover, they highlight exceptional providers on the marketplace.

If you prefer, you have the option to keep your experience confidential, sharing it solely with your provider. This allows for a more personal interaction, and your feedback will not be visible on the provider's profile.
