My approach to treatment is centered on the client. I begin by assessing individual needs and musculoskeletal dysfunctions, applying evidence-informed techniques to create a personalized treatment plan designed to restore functional movement and enhance overall well-being. My style integrates both Swedish and therapeutic modalities, drawing on the unique benefits of each. With a background in Kinesiology and a personal commitment to sports and movement, I place strong emphasis on mobility exercises and strength conditioning. I believe that much of the stress and tension we experience arises from limited movement and reduced body awareness. A sedentary lifestyle often develops unnoticed, but its effects accumulate over time and ultimately take a toll on the body.
